To be considered for access, please complete the Producer Access Application and return it to us for evaluation. We will notify you of our decision within 30 days of receipt.
    * Platinum Insurance and Lighthouse Insurance are automatically granted access to the LPL product.

    Through an agreement with OneBeacon, Couch Braunsdorf Insurance is currently managing OneBeacon Professional Insurance Lawyers' Professional Liability business in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania for law firms with 20 or fewer attorneys and in Ohio for law firms with 10 or fewer attorneys. Brokers may access the LPL product through Couch Braunsdorf at 866.429.4377 x306 or via e-mail at grawding@couchbraunsdorf.com when selling to this specific market segment. Access to the LPL product for all other qualifying accounts remains through OneBeacon Professional Insurance.

    Through an agreement with OneBeacon, USI Affinity is currently managing OneBeacon Professional Insurance Lawyers' Professional Liability business in Connecticut, Washington DC, Massachusetts, Maryland and Virginia for law firms with 20 or fewer attorneys.
